XIK was founded by the X Corp in 2006. Based on past (2005) events involving XSZ’s mailbag featuring UGA’s gaming news sent to all XSZ members, The X Corp. felt that it was time to introduce gaming news to its members in a new way. The X Corp. added a brand new force to its wings. The X’s HTR in affiliation with the UGA introduced the X-Intelligence Krew (XIK.) XIK was founded to provide members and visitors with the hottest video games, technology, and electronics top related news, reviews, previews, ranks, videos, rumors, and all out Intel. XIK features two starting journalists/writers/agents. Both agents have great knowledge on the gaming business, technology, and electronics. XIK provides its readers with the bottom-line on all systems with news on games, software, hardware, and beyond expanding reader’s knowledge on gaming, and electronics.

In 2006 Z-Rex Clan Forces bought XSZ, and thanks to that XIK affiliated with all the clans governed by the Z-Rex Clan Forces. Moreover, XIK added the Xbox Haters Team to give a bit of spice to the blog. XHT is by no means a fanboyish side to XIK, but just a fun way to suggest the XIK loyalty to Sony's PlayStation brand.

The first version of the XIK template showcased a normal blogger template. Couple of months after the little success XIK had, we updated the blog with version 3.00. Version 2.00 still exist in our Piczo page.

Couple of months later we wanted to add more stuff to our blog so XIK V. 4.00 was released. Some months later, XIK's first year anniversary was coming, so when that happened the XIK V. 5.00 was also released.

Today, XIK enjoys some great support from loyal readers and partners. The 3rd_Coming has brought XIK to what you see now - Version 6.00 or the Dark K_Night Update. XIK evolves everyday a little bit more. With more staff and support, we can have great success.
